I’m Gaz — a personal trainer, martial arts coach, and someone who’s been exactly where you are.

I’m not a cover-model fitness influencer. I’m a busy dad, business owner, and someone who’s gone from athlete… to out of shape… and back again. I’ve dealt with injuries, low motivation, long work days, and the reality of trying to stay fit while juggling real life.
