I’m Claire, a personal trainer who believes that fitness isn’t about punishment, restriction, or chasing perfection — it’s about feeling good in your own skin and finding time for you.
I’m a busy mother of two very active kids with their own social lives, and I’m the one who keeps the home running while working too — so I know first-hand how hard it can be to find a fitness routine that actually fits around a busy life.
But I also know how important it is to make yourself a priority — so you can show up as your best for the people who depend on you. Having that time to move, de-stress, and feel good isn’t selfish — it’s essential.
That’s exactly what training with me provides: a safe, supportive space in a private gym studio, with no gym anxiety, no crowds, and no pressure.
I’ll work with you to build an ever-evolving plan that fits your life as it changes — helping you feel strong, empowered, and confident in both body and mind.
